We love the geo-thermal heating and cooling as it works very well and keeps our utility bill low. The duplex is also amazingly quiet! Never once have we heard the other renters through the walls.

My wife and I couldn't be happier with our duplex. Nearly new construction, everything is fresh and clean, and a nice quiet area. Easy walk to Bohnert park with walking trails, ball fields, and basketball courts. Landscaping is always well kept. After living here for over 6 months, we can't think of anything negative to say. A great experience!
